Terms & Conditions

1. Definition:

•  Company refers to Sahil G, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.
•  Any customer refers to the individual or entity purchasing products from the company.
• Banana powder refers to the agro products and services which offered by the company.

2. General Terms:

•  The customer agrees to purchase products from the company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
•  The company reserves all the rights to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments:

•  All orders are subjected to acceptance by the company.
• Payment terms are (To confirm order, customer must provide full advance payment against the exchange of valid invoice bill having unique serial number and alphabets).
•  The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Product Delivery:

• The company will use reasonable efforts to deliver the products in estimated delivery time.
•  Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change.

5. Product Quality and Returns:

•  The company warrants that its products meet industry standards for quality.
• As the products is 100% pure and FSSAI Certified, there must be no compromise in quality, leading to NO ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS or any related policies.

6. Liability and Indemnification:

•  The company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the uses of its products.
•  The customer agrees indemnify and hold harmless the company against any claims or damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

•  These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through dispute resolution process mutually without any legal actions.

8. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the company and the customer.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

 The company may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior to notice.

10. Acceptance:

 By purchasing the products from the company, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
